This product doesn’t support scalar function; the output resolution is the same as input. If the resolution you set that HDTV doesn’t support, there is no signal on HDTV.
For example if you set the resolution of the input device at 720×400@85Hz but your HDTV doesn’t support 720×400@85Hz, there is no display. Please change an input resolution that your HDTV is supports. There should not be compatibility problem. |
